This Privacy Policy applies to all apps developed by ScoreSyncer, including Score Syncer, PicklePoints, PingpongPoints, BadmintonPoints, TennisKeeper, BasketballPoints, VolleyballPoints, SoccerPoints, PadelPoints, and SnookerPoints.

Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the app's features:

• Match data: Scores, sport type, and match settings you enter. This is stored on our server when sync is enabled.
• Tournament data: Tournament names, participant names, and bracket results when you create or join a tournament.
• Device identifiers: Anonymous device IDs used to associate devices with a match session. No personally identifiable information is collected.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any account credentials.
• We do not collect location data.
• We do not collect health or fitness data.
• We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA).
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

How We Use Your Information

Match and tournament data is used solely to:

• Sync scores in real time across your devices
• Display tournament brackets and match history
• Power the live scoreboard web view

This data is not used for advertising, analytics, or profiling.

Data Storage and Retention

Match data is stored on our server (hosted on AWS in the US) to enable real-time sync. Match records are retained indefinitely so you can review your history. You may request deletion of your match data at any time by contacting us.

Bluetooth

The app uses Bluetooth for peer-to-peer score sync in offline mode (Nearby Connections). No Bluetooth data is transmitted to our servers.

Children's Privacy

Our apps are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above.
